Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, high-caliber Director of Strategy and Corporate Development to lead our global ecosystem growth, institutional partnerships, and market expansion. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of traditional fintech and decentralized finance (DeFi), orchestrating high-stakes M&A, cross-border payment strategies, and tier-1 institutional integrations.

The ideal candidate possesses deep domain expertise in stablecoins, liquid staking protocols, and Bitcoin-native ecosystems, alongside a proven track record of securing regulatory milestones and managing nine-figure asset growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnerships and Ecosystem Scale: Identify, negotiate, and execute major ecosystem integrations across centralized exchanges (CEXs), non-custodial wallets, prediction markets, and asset managers to drive multi-fold user and Total Value Locked (TVL) growth.
• M&A and Infrastructure Acquisition: Lead end-to-end corporate development workstreams, including deal sourcing, rigorous financial due diligence, and the acquisition of regulated banking/fintech entities (such as Swiss FINMA or regional licenses) to serve as core company infrastructure.
• Global Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Architect and execute localized regional GTM frameworks across key digital asset hubs, including MENA, SEA, Greater China, Japan, and Korea.
• Product-Market Fit and Use Case Innovation: Bridge the gap between engineering and business units to scale innovative real-world stablecoin use cases, including B2B cross-border payments, live-streaming pay-in/out infrastructure, and automated technology verticals.
• Institutional and Regulatory Alliances: Drive adoption of digital assets and staking protocols with institutional players, hedge funds, DAO treasuries, and global ETF/ETP issuers. Lead technical and strategic discussions with regulatory bodies worldwide.
• P&L Optimization: Formulate cross-functional growth strategies across Developer Relations (Dev-Rel) and Business Development, managing complex data models and competitive intelligence to drive millions in measurable P&L optimization.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Finance, Development Studies, or a highly quantitative field.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional experience across top-tier management consulting (e.g., Big 4 Deals Strategy), venture capital, corporate development, or leadership roles inside premier Web3 ecosystems/crypto exchanges.
• Crypto Domain Expertise: Deep, verified knowledge of DeFi protocols (specifically liquid staking), Bitcoin ecosystem assets (e.g., FBTC/Babylon architecture), stablecoin settlement layers, and fiat on/off-ramps.
• Dealmaking Track Record: Proven history of leading cross-functional teams to close complex crypto investments, joint ventures, or entity setups totaling over 50 million to 100 million dollars plus in cumulative value.
• Regulatory Fluency: Hands-on experience navigating licensing requirements, entity setups, and regulatory compliance frameworks in major financial jurisdictions.
• Skills: Expert-level command of financial modeling, valuation, market sizing, value chain mapping, and competitive benchmarking.
• Mindset: An entrepreneurial "founder's mentality" capable of operating independently, managing senior stakeholders, and transforming ambiguous ideas into hyper-scaled revenue lines.
