Job Summary

The Director will provide strategic leadership to drive business performance, ensure operational efficiency, maintain financial integrity, and uphold compliance with corporate and local regulations. This role requires close collaboration with headquarters in Japan and global manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and develop budgeting strategies to support sustainable business growth
• Manage sales performance and conduct profit analysis to optimize revenue streams
• Perform compliance reviews to ensure adherence to relevant legislation, guidelines, and internal/group policies
• Oversee accurate financial reporting and maintain effective communication with headquarters in Japan
• Provide cross-border leadership to align Singapore operations with Japan headquarters and global manufacturing plants
• Support and implement strategic initiatives to expand the company’s presence in ASEAN and India markets
