EQUITIES ANALYST

#Responsibilities

• Analyze company financial statements to evaluate performance, identify risks, and propose optimization opportunities.

• Conduct industry research on policy, market, competition, and technology trends to support strategic decisions.

• Apply professional financial analysis methods to uncover operational issues and deliver actionable insights.
  (运用专业的财务分析方法，挖掘经营层面的潜在问题并提出可执行的改进方案。)

• Support portfolio management and ongoing performance monitoring.
  (支持投资组合管理及持续的绩效监控。)

• Assist in investment strategy formulation, risk analysis, and decision-making.
  (协助制定投资策略，进行风险评估并支持投资决策。)

• Prepare high-quality investment reports, proposals, and presentations.
  (准备高质量的投资分析报告、方案及演示材料。)

• Participate in deal structuring and execution for M&A and direct investments.
  (参与并支持并购及直接投资项目的交易结构设计与执行。)
  

Relevant Work Experience

• Experience in investment management in a formal employment capacity, and
  (具备在正式雇佣岗位中的投资管理相关工作经验，和)

• Experience in deal structuring for mergers & acquisitions, particularly for candidates focusing on private equity, venture capital, or direct investments
  (具备并购交易结构设计经验，尤其适用于专注于私募股权、风险投资或直接投资方向的候选人。)
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  (具备较强的分析能力和数量分析能力。)

• Knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and valuation methods
  (熟悉金融市场、金融工具及估值方法。)

• Good communication, presentation, and reporting abilities
  (具备良好的沟通、演示及报告撰写能力。)

• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team
  (注重细节，能够独立工作，也能良好地进行团队协作。)

• Excellent ability to interpret financial data of listed companies and analyze industry development trends
  (具备出色的上市公司财务数据解读能力及行业发展趋势分析能力。)

• Capable of effectively assisting investment consultants in decision-making by leveraging professional knowledge and enthusiasm for securities and listing processes
  (能够凭借专业知识及对证券、上市流程的热忱，有效协助投资咨询顾问进行决策。)
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  (拥有硕士学位，或会计、金融、经济学及相关专业的本科学位。)

• Those with professional qualifications such as CFA, MBA, CPA, CMA are preferred
  (持有 CFA、MBA、CPA、CMA 等专业资格者优先考虑。)

• Fluency in Chinese and English, including strong written, reading, and spoken communication skills, is required for this role.
