The Company

A well-established organization in the real estate industry is currently seeking an Accounts Executive to join their dynamic team.

The Role

The role is responsible for maintaining the full set of accounts for multiple entities, including a management company and holding companies. Key responsibilities include preparing journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and supporting schedules, processing invoices, payments, and staff claims, as well as supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The incumbent will also handle GST compliance and filing, assist with withholding tax matters, and support tax provisioning and income tax computations.

The role will also coordinate with external auditors during year-end audits, assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and regulatory submissions, maintain accurate accounting records, ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, and provide support on ad hoc finance and administrative duties as required.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant accounting experience. He or she should demonstrate strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple entities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be proactive, responsible, eager to learn, and possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
