The Company

A professional corporate services company is currently seeking a Tax Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Role

This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate and individual tax clients, providing comprehensive Singapore tax compliance and advisory services. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns, withholding tax and GST matters, advising clients on tax-efficient structures, and liaising with IRAS on tax queries, audits, and investigations. The incumbent will also review tax computations, oversee a small portfolio of accounting and bookkeeping clients, ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, and prepare or review XBRL financial statements and regulatory filings.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Singapore tax experience, strong knowledge of corporate and personal taxation, familiarity with IRAS processes, and a solid understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and XBRL requirements. Experience in GST and cross-border tax matters would be advantageous.
