The Company

Our client in the real estate sector is currently seeking a 1 year contract Senior Finance Executive to join their dynamic team.

The Role

The role is responsible for supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting to facilitate informed business decisions. The incumbent will also drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, support finance system enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the efficient processing of financial transactions and the successful delivery of strategic and operational initiatives.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, along with a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CPA. You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, including a combination of external audit experience within a reputable audit firm and commercial finance experience in an in-house environment. A strong understanding of Singapore's financial reporting and regulatory requirements, hands-on experience managing full sets of accounts, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems are essential.
