Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Arranging and hiring manpower required to stage an event into their various departments

· Responsible for providing leadership, motivation, direction, and support to team members

· Travel on site to inspect ongoing arrangements, preparations, and changes needed to meet the needs of the client

· Ensuring compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations

· Communicating with the Public Relations and Marketing department to promote and publicize event

· Engaging with vendors throughout the event planning process to learn requirements and goals

· Perform post-event tasks promptly such as measuring the success of the event, objectives that were set for the events as well as review for improvements

· Research market, identify event opportunities and interest generation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma in any field

· Prior experience in the events industry will be an advantage

· Results-oriented, ambitious and positive working attitude
