EVENTS PLANNER MK-INX-A-B12

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage corporate events, activations, and engagement activities end-to-end from initial concept through to on-site execution
• Coordinate all event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, audiovisual requirements, and transportation
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to develop event concepts that are fully aligned with brand objectives and business goals
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure every event is delivered seamlessly and within scope
• Handle event registrations, guest lists, and on-site coordination to guarantee a smooth and professional attendee experience
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and ensure timely delivery of all event elements
• Monitor event performance in real time and troubleshoot any issues swiftly and calmly under pressure
• Gather post-event feedback from clients and attendees to evaluate success and surface actionable improvement recommendations
• Prepare event documentation including contracts, run sheets, schedules, and post-event summary reports
• Identify opportunities to enhance event reach, strengthen industry partnerships, and elevate overall engagement outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client, vendor, and team engagement
• Able to work well under pressure and adapt confidently to last-minute changes or unexpected challenges
