Credit & Collection

• Responsible for credit control and collection activities to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
• Review customer credit worthiness and support credit limit assessments in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor customer aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts, and resolve payment disputes promptly.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to address collection issues and reduce overdue balances.
• Prepare collection reports and provide updates on aged receivables and collection performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and collection procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance collection effectiveness and reduce overdue receivables.

Other Duties

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Support compliance and reporting activities.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance credit and collection efficiency.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Studies, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections, or bookkeeping.
• Experience in credit assessment, collection management, and customer account reconciliation is an added advantage.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle collection matters professionally.
• Strong sense of teamwork, integrity, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and standard accounting software.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
