The Opportunity

As part of our continued growth in Singapore, we are looking for an accomplished Executive Director, Senior Relationship Manager to join our expanding Private Wealth Management team.

This is more than just another RM role. It is an opportunity to build your own franchise within a growing independent wealth platform, supported by experienced investment professionals, a dedicated Assistant Relationship Manager, and a management team committed to your long-term success.

Whether you are an established private banker, external asset manager or wealth advisor, you will have the autonomy to deepen client relationships while helping shape the future of SeedRock.

What You'll Do

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships by understanding clients' personal, family and investment objectives.
  • Deliver tailored wealth management solutions that address investment, financing and succession planning needs.
  • Grow Assets Under Management (AUM) and strengthen client relationships over time through exceptional service.

Business Development

  • Leverage your existing network and market presence to acquire new HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan with measurable growth objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities through referrals, partnerships and professional networks.
  • Achieve annual revenue and business development targets while building a sustainable client franchise.

Investment Advisory

  • Partner closely with our Portfolio Managers and investment specialists to deliver customised investment strategies.
  • Provide clients with timely market insights and proactive portfolio recommendations.
  • Continuously review portfolios to ensure they remain aligned with clients' evolving objectives and market conditions.
  • Deliver holistic wealth solutions through an independent, client-first advisory approach.

Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure all client activities comply with MAS regulations and SeedRock's internal policies.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and client confidentiality.
  • Monitor portfolio suitability and manage client risk in accordance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, External Asset Management or a related field.
  • An established network of HNW/UHNW clients with a proven ability to acquire and grow client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management and wealth advisory.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's regulatory framework and MAS requirements.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management and business development skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build and grow a successful client franchise.
  • Professional qualifications such as CFA, CFP, CPWA or equivalent will be an advantage.
  • High ethical standards with an unwavering commitment to client confidentiality.
