Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Support monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis (Actual vs. Forecast vs. Budget) and ad hoc financial analysis
• Assist in books closing as per IFRS 17, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and deliver business performance presentations for various stakeholders including Senior Management, Board of Directors, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency using tools like Power BI

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh or recent graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or equivalent is a strong plus
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in insurance, reinsurance is highly desirable
• Compensation will be commensurate with the final candidate's experience level; salary range on this posting is strictly a guide
