Executive, Finance (AP)

Job Purpose

The officer is required to provide strong support to the Finance Manager in ensuring timely and smooth finance operations for accounts payable (AP)

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the Finance/Accounting Operations, mainly in AP, GL and month end / year end closing processes, ensuring compliance to internal processes and policies

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of accounting transactions

• Responsible for supporting audit, tax and other statutory requirements

• Prepare account schedules after quarterly financial close to ensure accuracy and completeness of financials

• Business Partner to Marketing, Strategy & Planning, Corporate Admin, Partnerships Development & Communications, Venue Management Departments

• Perform data analysis to aid business decisions of these departments, including review of Purchase Orders from these departments

• Carries out and assumes any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Reporting Officer

 Education & Experience

Education

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent

Experience

• Good grasp of accounting principles and accounting entrie

• Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
