About Guotai Junan International

Guotai Junan International is a leading diversified financial services company whose core business activities include brokerage, wealth management and investment management. The company has been building up its presence in Singapore to complement its existing businesses in Greater China and serve a wider range of customers and offer new business and financial products to meet evolving investors’ needs in the Greater China and Southeast Asia region.

Responsibilities:

• Revenue Generation: Deliver annual revenue targets across primary bond distribution, secondary trading flow, and structured products.
• Deal Execution: Drive strong investor participation and allocation in primary deals; provide timely and actionable pricing feedback to syndicate.
• Client Development: Build and expand institutional investor relationships across Southeast Asia; onboard new accounts and generate risk free PnL.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner effectively with DCM, trading and structuring team to originate and distribute products and generate trading opportunities.
• Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of investors for private debt and financing opportunities.

Requirements:

• University Degree in any discipline with strong academic results
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Meticulous, with an eye for detail and able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Hardworker and “start-up” mentality is a must.
• Proficiency in Chinese language is preferred as substantial communication with our Head Office would be in Chinese
