Job Summary

Join Arthesdam Jewellery as a Finance Admin Executive to support finance operations by managing financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with reporting to drive accurate and efficient financial management.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain financial documents, invoices, receipts, and payment records with accuracy to ensure reliable financial data
• Perform data entry and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions to maintain balanced financial records
• Prepare and organise financial reports and statements for management review to facilitate informed decision-making
• Manage filing systems to archive and retrieve financial documentation efficiently
• Track expenses, reimbursements, and monitor budgets to support financial control and compliance
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate communication across departments to enhance team collaboration
• Support banking transactions and liaise with financial institutions to ensure smooth financial operations
• Perform general administrative duties including correspondence and data management to maintain office coordination
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with financial regulations and data protection standards to safeguard sensitive information

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software or financial management systems
• Strong organisational and time-management skills to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with finance teams and other departments
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, or finance administration
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures and seeking guidance when necessary
• Reliability, integrity, and commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of financial information
• Relevant administrative or finance-related qualification or certification is advantageous
• Prior experience in an administrative or finance support role in a similar industry with a relevant diploma or degree is preferred

Other Information

• Working hours: 10am - 7pm, Monday to Friday
• No hybrid or work-from-home arrangements available
