Finance & Accounts Executive

Job Scope

1. Perform daily financial operations roles:

• Handling of petty cash and daily expenses
• Monitoring inward payments and telegraphic transfers
• Monitoring upcoming payment requests from suppliers
• Bills and receipt transfer setup and payments
• Daily updating of bank ledger for all bank accounts (excel)
• Post sales invoices into Xero (accounting software) on weekly basis
• Post bills into Xero (accounting software) on daily basis

2. Perform monthly closings, which consists of the following roles and responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping, issuing, and filing invoices and payments bills timely
• Bank reconciliation and filing all bank statements timely
• Accounts receivables and Accounts Payable review and reconcile sub ledger to general ledger and verify invoices timely and accurately
• Maintain customers and vendors files
• Cross checking customer MT4 (trading) ledger/accounts against Xero ledger

3. Perform yearly reconciliation and provide supporting documents for audits

4. Assist any other such daily/ general accounting tasks

5. Support middle operations (i.e. inventory operations) when required
