Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting functions, managing partial or full sets of accounts to ensure timely and accurate month-end closings.
• Oversee financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other related transactions.
• Perform intercompany billing, ensuring accurate invoicing, reconciliations, and timely settlements.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including accruals, prepayments, and finance costs.
• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare quarterly GST reports.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare payment forecasts for financial planning.
• Assist with audits and tax filings, compiling necessary schedules and reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Any other assignment as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
• At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience; experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, meticulous, and committed to maintaining financial integrity.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Salary package will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
