Hiring: Finance & HR Executive

About NovaHealth TCM

NovaHealth TCM is a fast-growing healthcare group integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine, Sports Science and Healthcare Technology. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Finance & HR Executive to oversee our finance operations and HR administration.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is highly organised, meticulous, and takes pride in accuracy and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Payroll

• Prepare and process monthly payroll using Payboy.
• Verify attendance, leave, overtime, commissions, incentives and payroll calculations.
• Perform payroll reconciliation and ensure payroll accuracy.
• Maintain bookkeeping records using Xero.
• Prepare GST schedules and support GST filing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and expense verification.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accountants and auditors.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports.

HR Operations

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Prepare onboarding and offboarding documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with MOM work pass applications, renewals and compliance matters.
• Support leave administration and other HR operational matters.
• Maintain HR SOPs and documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance, payroll and/or HR administration, preferably in an SME environment.
• Hands-on experience in bookkeeping and basic accounting is required.
• Hands-on experience in GST preparation and reporting is required.
• Experience in monthly payroll processing is required.
• Experience using Xero accounting software is highly preferred.
• Experience using Payboy payroll software is an advantage.
• Experience in HR administration and recruitment coordination is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and SUMIFS.
• Meticulous, organised and able to handle confidential information professionally.
