Finance and HR Manager - TK

• Working Location: Tuas South
• (Company Bus pickup from west side of Singapore) + Transport Allowance provided
• 5 days work week

A manufacturing company is looking for a Finance & HR Manager who can work in Tuas South Area.

Job Responsibilities:

Finance duties are more than HR duties

Managing 1 Finance Executive

• Manage the Accounting, HR and Admin function of the organization
• Competent in full spectrum of Accounting and HR duties and responsibilities
• Reviewing of financial policies and procedures
• Analyse variance and report to management
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, fostering an inclusive and high-performance work environment
• Update frequently MOM regulations and inform internally to employees
• Other ad-hoc duties if required by management

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/Human Resources/Business or its equivalent
• Has at least 3-4 years of Finance and Human Resources working experience
• Competent knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and other finance/ statutory requirements
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of ERP is preferred
• Familiar with MOM regulations and HR best practices
• Strong in analytical skills and able to communicate effectively
• Able to work with management and staff of all levels
• Ability to work effectively as a team player and independently
• Positive working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Chartered Accountant will be advantageous
