Finance Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Analyst to support our team of Financial Consultants in driving business growth, operational efficiency, and client engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business performance, identifying growth opportunities, streamlining processes, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

This role offers exposure to business strategy, financial planning, client acquisition initiatives, and performance management within a dynamic financial services environment.

• Analyze sales performance, business trends, and client portfolio data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Monitor and track key business metrics, productivity indicators, and consultant performance against targets.
• Prepare business reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and financial consultants.
• Support strategic planning initiatives through data analysis, forecasting, and market research.
• Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and recommend strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
• Conduct competitor and industry analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers to improve client engagement, retention, and service delivery processes.
• Manage and maintain databases, business records, and performance tracking systems.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
