Finance Business Partner (Technology Infrastructure)

About our client
We are partnering with a leading quantitative investment firm to hire a Finance Business Partner based in Singapore. This role sits at the intersection of finance and a fast-growing technology infrastructure business unit, providing strategic financial support to drive operational decisions.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary finance partner to a technology infrastructure business unit, embedding yourself in day-to-day business operations
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the business unit
• Build and maintain cost models covering capital expenditure, operational costs, and unit economics
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
• Support investment decisions with financial modelling and ROI analysis
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost allocation
• Drive process improvements in financial planning and reporting for the business unit

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or management accounting; experience in technology infrastructure or related industries is strongly preferred
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Commercially minded — comfortable engaging directly with business teams and translating operational realities into financial frameworks
• Experience across multiple finance functions (accounting, FP&A, treasury) is advantageous
