Finance Controller – Senior Executive role (ERP/Commodity Trading)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance team and oversee cash flow, including optimization, forecasting, expense management, and budgeting activities.
• Monitor funds in banks for procurement, operations, and unexpected expenses.
• Conduct monthly group consolidation and results analysis.
• Develop risk management strategy.
• Implement financial strategies for risk minimization and cost enhancement.
• Oversee financial reports and audit matters.
• Establish ROI analysis for overseas investments and investment advice.
• Manage GST and income tax matters.
• Develop financial metrics based on P&L.
• Identify and develop notable team members.
• Manage ERP System and MIS projects.
• Improve internal controls to ensure compliance with company regulations.
• Evaluate financial performance and provide improvement measures to the management.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CPA or equivalent
• At least 8 - 10 years of experience with supervisory skills, preferably from manufacturing or commodity trading industry.
