Finance Director — AI Infrastructure / Compute (Pre-IPO)

About our client
A fast-growing AI infrastructure ("neocloud") company building GPU cloud and compute infrastructure for AI workloads, with dual headquarters in Singapore and California. It is a next-generation AI infrastructure provider preparing for a US IPO. This hire will be the senior-most finance professional driving IPO readiness.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead investment/financing decisions and investor relationship management, drawing on prior capital markets experience to guide the company through IPO window.
• Serve as the key point of contact for external auditors, ensuring readiness and compliance with Singapore and US regulatory requirements.
• Own legal/regulatory reporting and audit coordination.
• Partner closely with CEO and compliance stakeholders to close current gaps in IPO preparation.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• US IPO experience required — either at a company that has completed a US listing, or deep involvement in internal IPO-readiness/preparation work.
• Industry background in compute/AI infrastructure/large language models strongly preferred; experience with AI-sector fundraising or investment is a plus.
• Comfortable operating as an independent, hands-on contributor in an early-stage environment with limited team infrastructure and evolving reporting lines.
