Due to ongoing national healthcare financing transformations and strategic system overhauls, they are currently seeking a high-caliber leader for a newly created Director position within their Group Finance division. This executive role reports directly to the Group CFO and serves as a vital bridge between cluster operations and national ministry frameworks.

The successful candidate will take charge of driving large-scale financial frameworks and resource allocation models across multiple institutions to support integrated operating outcomes. This involves spearheading enterprise-wide budgeting restructuring, developing executive-level analytical dashboards, and establishing robust governance standards for financial reporting. A major component of the role includes managing relationships with external regulatory bodies and government agencies to align internal models with national policies, subvention frameworks, and evolving funding methodologies. Additionally, the incumbent will oversee the financial governance of major digital and technology transformations, managing substantial capital budgets, cost-benefit analyses, and data standardization projects to enhance operational productivity.

skills and experience required.
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a relevant degree in accountancy, finance, business, or an equivalent discipline, coupled with a minimum of 15 years of progressive professional experience. A strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), combined with a proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise system implementations or corporate finance transformations, is essential. Prior experience operating within public healthcare, statutory boards, or complex public sector environments is highly preferred.
