about the job

As a regional finance leader, you will work independently and take full ownership of commercial finance functions including financial planning and analysis and strategic business planning across multiple key APAC markets. Partnering the regional executives and cross-functional business stakeholders, you will proactively drive strategic business decisions to achieve continuous business growth; including evaluating profitability figures, optimising cashflow and conducting financial feasibility studies and risk assessments on commercial business cases and investments. As the key driver of finance excellence, you will champion new initiatives and improvement projects for more robust and qualitative analytics, identify and mitigate financial issues across the region. 

skills and experience required

You should ideally be degree qualified with at least 15 years of commercial finance experience gained from pharmaceutical/biotech/FMCG industries. You possess strong financial acumen, are highly analytical and business savvy. A matured and confident individual, you are comfortable working independently across all levels in a diversified culture and matrix organisation. You will be expected to travel about 20% across the region and can look forward to flexible working arrangements.
