Finance Executive

HS Partners Pte. Ltd. is a start-up company specializing in Educational material distribution. we are on the lookout for the people who share our values and are passionate about their own work.

We are looking for an Finance Executive to join our team. The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative and finance support for the corporate functions that include the administration, finance and human resource etc.

we are looking for a candidate who can

- Have good knowledge of both office administration and inventory control management skills

- Handle and maintain full sets of accounts

- Processing of day to day financial transactions including invoice processing, bookkeeping records, billing

- Filing GST for companies

- Process staff claim & petty cash

- Have minimun Diploma

- Have At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience

- Have knowledge of Microsoft software

- Have Good working attitude

- Required language(s): English

- start work immediately

what you will do is to

- Prepare and report weekly, monthly and yearly finance report to corporate manager and Director

- Prepare bank statement reconciliations

- Handle Accounts Receivable and Payable

- File GST for companies

- Process staff claim & petty cash

- Process GA and HR works

- Do Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
