Finance Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive (Accounts Payable) to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in managing supplier payments, processing invoices, supporting finance reporting, and ensuring smooth daily finance operations across our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage supplier invoices, payments, and payment scheduling
• Assist in Accounts Payable entries and ERP system updates
• Prepare GST reporting and monthly finance-related reports
• Reconcile supplier statements and internal finance records
• Support billing, invoice generation, and operational finance documentation
• Handle petty cash, reimbursements, and wallet/fund management
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams on payment and finance matters
• Assist with inventory cost control, stock takes, and variance checks
• Support administrative finance tasks and documentation filing

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Finance or Accounts Payable preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable with ERP systems and Excel/Google Sheets
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Prior F&B or retail experience is an advantage
