Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the finance and administrative operations of our Singapore entity within a fast-growing tech startup environment.

In this role, you will take ownership of the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and day-to-day finance administration. You will work closely with leadership to support business growth, improve operational efficiency, and build scalable financial processes across potentially multi-currency and regional business operations.

This position is ideal for an experienced finance professional with approximately 5 years of relevant experience who is comfortable operating independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, resourceful, and a quick learner who is comfortable managing changing priorities and new processes.

What You'll Do

•            Handle full set of accounts and manage monthly financial closing processes.

•            Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and support management reporting activities.

•            Manage day-to-day finance operations, including banking matters, expense claims, payments, and revenue tracking.

•            Handle multi-currency transactions and regional finance operations where applicable.

•            Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial partners on statutory and compliance matters.

•            Support corporate tax matters, financial compliance, and other Singapore regulatory requirements.

•            Maintain and improve finance processes, internal controls, and accounting workflows.

•            Assist with ad hoc finance, operational, and administrative projects as required.

.What We're Looking For

•            Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

•            Approximately 3–5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.

•            Proven experience handling full sets of accounts independently.

•            Familiarity with Singapore accounting standards and compliance requirements.

•            Experience with multi-currency transactions or regional finance operations is an advantage.

•            Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

•            Adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a startup or fast-changing environment.

•            Fast learner with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
