Finance Executive

Job Summary

The Finance Executive is responsible for managing full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger activities. This role supports financial reporting, Budgeting, GST compliance, contributes to month-end processes, with exposure to regional accounting activities where required.

Responsibilities

• Process AR & AP invoices, receipts, payments, credit notes, and debit notes

• In charge full set of accounts, including GL, AP and AR

• Prepare journal entries, support month-end closing activities

• Perform bank reconciliations

• GST reporting works

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders when requested

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes when required

• Assist overseas accounting activities where applicable

• Assist with ad-hoc financial reports and duties when requested

Requirements

• LCCI, Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance related.

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably exposure to full set of accounts

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word

• Able to communicate effectively and liaise with internal and external stakeholders

• Experience in accounting software (e.g. Accpac, MYOB, Zero) is an added advantage

• Able to take on ad hoc assignment when needed.

• Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm), Alternate Sat (8.30am – 12.30pm)

• Free two-way transport provided at Yew Tee MRT Station and Admiralty MRT Station
