Finance Executive

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Handle daily accounting and finance operations
• Prepare sales invoices and follow up on accounts receivable collections
• Process vendor invoices, payments, and accounts payable functions
• Process staff claims and reimbursements accurately and timely
• Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports
• Prepare reconciliations, accounting schedules, and supporting documents
• Ensure GST compliance including preparation of quarterly GST returns in accordance with IRAS requirements.
• ·       Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Support audit, tax, and other statutory reporting requirements
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records
• Assist with ad-hoc finance, accounting, and administrative duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance 
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel   
• Preferably with knowledge of contract/project accounting 
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn 
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently and 
• Committed to meet deadlines
