Finance Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely payments, and compliance while collaborating with management and departments.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payment requests to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Prepare payment schedules and execute bank transfers to maintain cash flow efficiency
• Issue customer invoices, debit notes, and credit notes to support revenue tracking
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments to optimize collections
• Perform bank reconciliations to verify and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing to support reporting accuracy
• Prepare GST reports and support statutory compliance to meet regulatory requirements
• Maintain proper filing of accounting and finance documents for audit readiness
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers, and customers to facilitate financial processes
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting to support management decisions
• Support payroll and CPF submissions as required to ensure compliance with statutory obligations
• Perform general administrative and finance-related duties assigned by Management to support operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the construction or engineering industry to enhance sector-specific financial management
• Familiarity with Singapore GST and local accounting practices to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Knowledge of payroll processing and CPF submissions to support HR and statutory functions
