Handle the company's daily accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
Liaise with banks on banking transactions, account-related matters, and financial documentation.
Manage and monitor the company's cash flow and overall financial operations.
Handle and process Letter of Credit (L/C) documentation and related banking procedures.
Support financial reporting and ensure proper documentation of financial records.
Assist the management team with ad hoc administrative and finance-related duties.
Attend company-provided training on commodity trading, including non-ferrous metals, petroleum products, and chemicals, to gain a better understanding of the business.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Hands-on experience in handling Letter of Credit (L/C) is a must.
Prior experience in a trading company will be an added advantage.
Meticulous, patient, responsible, and able to work independently.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
