Responsibilities
• Maintain precise records of all incoming payments on a timely basis • Prepare and send invoices to clients/ invoices are uploaded to clients' portal on a timely basis • Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices • Reconcile any irregularities in receipts • Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Accounts Payable and other Finance staff • Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting • Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed • Investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments • Prepare and lead periodic AR collections meetings with Operations • Support Finance and Operations teams in the preparation of Monthly Business Reports (MBR) • Analyse data, processes and procedures to provide business insights to management • Perform Accounts Payable transactions as required • Assist company in the migration efforts to new digital systems • Support in the on-boarding of overseas entities where applicable • Manage other Finance duties as assigned
Requirements
• Accuracy in accounting and record-keeping • Knowledge of invoicing processes • Strong communication skills • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams • Analytical skills for data analysis • Experience in Accounts Payable • Familiarity with digital systems • Ability to adapt to changing requirements • Detail-oriented and organized • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
