Finance Executive

Job Duties & Responsibilities: -

• Manage full set of accounts and monthly financial, statutory and management reporting
• Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations
• Maintain General Ledger accounts and prepare journal entries
• Manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong in intercompany billing and balances
• Prepare GST returns and submit GST, claims, etc in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Liaise with External Auditor / tax agent
• Assist in preparation on audit schedule, balance sheet and profit & loss statement are fairly stated
• Ensure compliance with accounting, legal and tax laws
• Any other ad-hoc financial matters or task assigned by your superior

Job Requirement: -

• Min 2 years experience in similar capacity
• Min Diploma / LCCI
• Independent and has initiatives
• Team player
