Finance Executive

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of total work experience in accounting field
• Out of which at least 3 years of experience in commercial side (excluding audit, tax etc) in the service industry
• Able to handle full set of accounts and work on tight timelines
• A degree or diploma in accounting from a reputable institution, or equivalent professional qualifications
• Positive working attitude and pleasant personality
• Meticulous and able to work well with number and detailed information in an organized and systematic manner
• Possess effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills
• Resourceful, versatile, flexible and adaptive to changes
• Ability to manage priorities and multitask well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to do what it takes
• Flexible, adaptive to change with can-do attitude
• Good teamwork spirit and able to work well independently

Job Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Financial Controller, prepare the full set of accounts
• Manage the company’s accounting and finance administration work
• In charge of data entry and data analysis for accounting and finance department
• Learn all aspects of business administration, business operation, and business development
• Provide high-quality service with willingness to go beyond the basic roles and responsibilities
• Take initiatives to look out for rooms for improvement and come up with improvement proposals and projects
• Take full charge of finance and accounting matters to Business Operations
