Finance Executive

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be part of our Payroll Shared System. The team will continuously look for areas of process improvement and enhancement.

The Finance Executive must have experience in payroll processing as well as keeping full-set of accounts. He/She must be a good team player and to process payroll and accounting records accurately and on-time.

Responsibilities:

• To process monthly payroll accurately and on-time
• To process Tax clearance, NS Claims, Income Tax, Maternity Claims and other mandatory claims on a timely basis
• To provide payroll information to clients and resolve any payroll discrepancies
• To process and submit monthly CPF contributions
• To prepare monthly payroll reports and reconciliation
• To do full-set accounts, bank reconciliation, AR, liaising with External Auditor and other accounting matters
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday (9am - 6.30pm)

Salary:

• $3600 - $4500

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accountancy, HR Management et
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and full-set in a large organization or Recruitment Agency
• Meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good Team Player and has good communication and written skills
