Finance Executive [5 DAYS / JURONG EAST] (KCKC)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
Salary: $3,000 – S$4,000
Location: Jurong East (8 mins walk from Jurong East MRT)

Your Role on Our Journey

Support our regional finance operations. In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Manager based in Singapore and collaborate with our senior leadership to strengthen financial processes, ensure timely reporting, and drive operational excellence across our SEA entities.

Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Prepare and issue customer invoices and Statements of Account.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up promptly to ensure timely collection.

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Manage the full AP cycle, including invoice verification, posting, and payment processing.
• Ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with internal controls and external requirements.

General Ledger (GL) & Reporting

• Perform month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure ledger accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare quarterly GST reports and financial schedules for management review.

Tax, Audit & Compliance

• Assist in preparing audit schedules and liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records with proper documentation and confidentiality.

Cross-Border Finance Collaboration

• Work closely with the Finance Manager in Singapore to coordinate regional accounting matters, streamline processes, and ensure consistent reporting across entities.

Process Support & Ad-Hoc Duties

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis when required.
• Collaborate cross-functionally as a finance business partner to operational teams.
• Handle additional finance or administrative tasks assigned by management.

Compliance

• Strong understanding of Singapore financial regulations, tax rules, and GST compliance.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
