Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Executive (Accounts Receivable) for one of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to be part of a dynamic finance team, ensuring accurate and timely accounts receivable and billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SAP Customer Master Records.
• Prepare and issue invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly.
• Ensure all billing documentation is complete and properly maintained.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and respond to enquiries.
• Prepare management reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable balances with customers and business entities.
• Manage and clear the Accounts Receivable shared mailbox.
• Support month-end Accounts Receivable activities and reconciliation where required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in a shared services environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated team player with good communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
