Finance Executive (AR - Netting)

Working days: 5 days, 8:15am – 5:30pm
Salary: $2800 - $3500
Location: Toh Guan(Jurong East)

Responsibilities:

• Inter-company group AR & AP overseas global netting.Reconciliation, checking, declaring, settlement and clearanceCreate AR statement of accountReconcile AR & AP aging and follow-upRetrieval of invoices from system / overseas countryMUFG netting declarationSAP clearance & off-setAudit report working and analysis

• TT remittance group netting / overseas agents, etc.
• Settlement through banking system input netting template for AR & AP.
• Follow-up inquiry and disputes.
• Proper documentation and e-filing of supporting documents.
• Distribution of output to respective division.
• Prepare the prepaid company break bulk charges billing report.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested by the Manager / HOD.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy / Business Finance
• Min Three (3) years of hands-on experience in accounting on inter-company global netting and keeping full set of accounts
• Experience in both shared service and freight forwarding & logistics
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and SAP accounting system
