Finance Executive – Group Finance

Key Responsibilities

·      Prepare and review monthly group consolidation and financial reports

·      Support timely month-end closing in line with group reporting timelines

·      Review financial submissions from regional teams for accuracy and completeness

·      Perform variance analysis and highlight key financial movements

·      Support preparation of management reports for internal stakeholders

·      Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS / SFRS(I)) and internal policies

·      Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements

·      Work closely with country finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting

·      Support budgeting and forecasting processes across regions

·      Contribute to process improvements and finance transformation initiatives


What We’re Looking For

·      Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

·      CPA / CA (or equivalent)preferred or in progress

·      3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, reporting, or audit

·      Experience in group reporting or consolidation is preferred

·      Exposure to SGX reporting or experience in a listed company environment is an advantage

·      Experience working with regional/multi-country teams is a plus

·      Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

·      Good understanding of financial reporting and accounting standards

·      Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

·      Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

·      High integrity and a strong sense of accountability
