Finance Executive (Senior)

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Finance Executive to join our growing team and take ownership of full-set accounting and key financial operations.

What you’ll do

• Manage full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliations)
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Handle XBRL filing and statutory reporting requirements
• Support GST filing, tax computation, and tax compliance matters
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Assist in intercompany and group reporting when required
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent (ACCA / CPA preferred)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in full set accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, and tax computation
• Experience in XBRL filing is an advantage
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
