Finance Executive / Officer

• Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
• Mode: Full time - Perm
• Salary: $3200 - $3500
• Trade / Food Manufacturing
• Accounting software : Microsoft Dynamic (good to have exp)

• With Full Set accounting experience

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and monthly closing for three Singapore entities, including one dormant company.
• Prepare and submit GST returns accurately and on time.
• Liaise with external auditors and support the annual audit process.
• Ensure timely submission of ECI, ACRA and AGM filings.
• Manage the closure process for overseas dormant entities when required.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and proper supporting documents.
• Review and record corporate credit card expenses.
• Prepare payments through internet banking, cheque and cash.
• Handle bank administrative matters, including forms and related correspondence.
• Process and coordinate trade finance documentation, including DP submissions.
• Maintain proper filing and document control.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned
