Finance Executive (Real Estate/ Central)

Responsibilities: 

• Manage end-to-end accounting for real estate development at company and project levels.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, project costs, and development expenditure.
• Track and align costs with project progress across all stages (land, design, approvals, construction, completion).
• Account for consultant and contractor costs, including progress payments, variation orders, and professional fees.
• Prepare and review financial statements to support analysis, cost control, and cash flow management.
• Handle local and international tax matters (GST/SST, corporate tax, withholding tax) for projects.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and authorities for audits and compliance.
• Improve financial processes, internal controls, and project financial management systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in real estate or project-based industries.
• Knowledge of Singapore/Malaysia accounting standards and tax regulations; cross-border/multi-entity experience a plus.
