Finance Executive (Reconciliation & Reporting)

• Position: Finance Executive

• Location: Ubi 

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Staff Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Transportation

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare necessary schedules to external parties and make sure that the figures tally to GL

• Prepare audit schedules on a monthly basis and include any ad hoc adjustments if required

• Timely preparation and submission of journals and schedules for month end closing

• Perform reconciliation for billing to customers/ banks with the payments/reimbursements to drivers

• Monitor and ensure that daily cashless trips transactions are in order

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent

• 2 years of relevant experience required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
