Finance Executive

1. Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

(1) Review employees’ claim for reimbursements

(2) Review and handle problems arising from orders and invoicing

(3) Manage and control project daily costs and expenses

(4) Apply for GIRO or online payment and prepare bank reconciliation statements monthly

(5) Responsible for the accounts operations such preparation of payment vouchers and financial anaysis

(6) Act as the liaison person with the banks, insurance company and other government agencies of Singapore

(7) Tax management such as tax declaration, tax refund and exemption of work;

(8) Coordinator for local audit work, providing the related audit documents, tracking the problems found in audit, timely handling and continuous improvement.

(9) Reporting the the Finance manager;

(10) Systematic filing of accounting, including electronic version and paper version

(11) Any other work, as requested by the Finance Manager.

2. Requirements :

(1) Must possess min 3 years of finance experience on contract execution

(2) Bachelor degree or above in similar field

(3) Familiar with accounting principles, tax laws and related regulations in Singapore

(4) Be able to work within given timelines

(5) Strong communication skills both written and oral

(6) Proficient in Accounting software and office software

(7) Self-motivated, ability to work independently

(8) Good team player

SALARY

Range S$3,000 to S$5000 depending on work experience and qualifications
