• Working Location: Tuas (Walk distance from MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days; Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team to drive high performance, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
• Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, management accounts, and statutory financial statements.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and business planning while providing strategic financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance, cash flow, profitability, and key financial indicators, identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and operational improvements.
• Establish, implement, and enhance internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and safeguard company assets.
• Manage treasury functions, including cash flow planning, banking facilities, financing arrangements, and working capital management.
• Drive finance process improvements, digitalisation initiatives, and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, banks, government authorities, suppliers, and customers on finance-related matters.
• Lead statutory audits, tax submissions, regulatory filings, and ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), Companies Act, GST regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Oversee corporate governance, ISO compliance, sustainability reporting, and the proper maintenance of financial records, statutory documents, and business contracts.
• Support business transformation initiatives, financing activities, strategic projects, and perform other duties assigned by Management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a professional accounting qualification.
• Chartered Accountant qualification with membership in the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) is required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and audit, including at least 3 years in a managerial role and 3 years of audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST regulations, corporate governance, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience using accounting systems and ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Jet Reports will be an added advantage).
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive process improvements and support strategic business initiatives.
