Finance Manager

Job Summary

The Financial Manager leads finance, accounting, and reporting functions for a Singapore-based Family Office and related entities. This role drives financial control, cross-border coordination with Australian advisors, and supervises client and investment reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting (Singapore)
• Manage full set of accounts for Singapore entities
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations

Family Office Financial Control
• Oversee Family Office entity accounting and consolidation
• Maintain financial controls, policies, and SOPs
• Provide financial summaries and insights to principals

Australia Companies – Coordination Role
(AU tax, GST, and statutory filings handled by external AU advisors)
• Coordinate financial data for Australia entities
• Review financial statements and compliance drafts prepared by advisors
• Track ASIC, tax, and GST compliance timelines
• Liaise with AU tax agents and auditors

Client & Investment Reporting
• Supervise preparation of client and investment reports
• Review accuracy of NAV, performance, and capital account reporting
• Coordinate with banks, custodians, and service providers
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports

Team & Stakeholder Management
• Supervise junior finance staff and review work quality
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and advisors

REQUIREMENTS

• 10–20+ years finance and accounting experience

• Strong Singapore accounting and tax background

• Experience in Family Office, investment, or professional services environment

• Proven ability to supervise, review, and manage multiple stakeholders

• Comfortable coordinating cross-border matters (Australia experience not required)
