Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage the full spectrum of finance operations, including data entries, accounting functions, and daily finance activities
· Review and ensure all financial transactions are properly authorized, documented, and compliant with company policies
· Lead the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements, management reports, and analysis
· Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and ensure timely reconciliation of all accounts
· Manage cash flow, including petty cash, bank reconciliation, and expense claims review
· Develop, implement, and improve financial processes, internal controls, and policies
· Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
· Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
· Lead, supervise, and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy
· Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
· Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger functions
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
· Experience in handling full set of accounts and financial reporting
· Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
· Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
