Finance Manager

Join a fast-growing, established player in the Data Centre industry seeking for a Finance Manager.

You will own the end-to-end accounting, partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting. Your core responsibilities will span the full set of accounts, month-end and year-end close, consolidation schedules, and management, statutory, and tax reporting. You will oversee cash flow, manage intercompany positions, and provide financial insight to support operational decisions. The role also encompasses balance sheet reconciliations, GST, and adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards. You will play an active role in the audit process, including the preparation of statutory financial statements and XBRL filings. As the business continues to grow, there is genuine opportunity to drive improvements across systems and processes.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting or a professional qualification such as CA, with 6 years relevant experience –starting in the Big4 Audit followed by commercial finance in a listed company. You should ideally have experience managing shared services environment, and have a keen eye for detail, and communicating cross-functionally across teams.
