Finance Manager

Job Description:

1. Oversee financial operations, includingbudgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
2. Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable andreceivable, and ensure timely payment of bills and invoice
3. Prepare and analyse financial statements,providing insights to support strategic decision-making
4. Coordinate with external auditors and taxadvisors to ensure compliance with financial regulations
5. Develop and implement cost-saving measures andfinancial strategies to optimize company resources

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with degreein accounting, qualified accountant qualification e.g. ACCA, CPA.
2. Strong financial accounting or audit backgroundwith commercial knowledge.
3. Strong ability to implement and monitor internalcontrols.
4. Experience of managing a finance function in afast-moving, rapidly growing environment.
5. Eye for detail and diligence to ensure accuracyof systems and processes.
6. Excellent analytical, communication andinfluencing skills.
7. Fluent in written and spoken Chinese &English. Able to communicate seamlessly in Chinese with internal productand R&D teams, and conduct bilingual business interactions with externalclients.
