Singrass is a Singapore-based urban agriculture and green technology company specialising in indoor smart ecosystems and landscaping solutions. As we continue to grow across markets, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to help build a strong financial foundation to support our expansion.

The Role

Reporting to the CEO and COO, the Finance Manager will oversee the company's financial operations — from cash flow and treasury management to tax compliance,reporting, and internal controls — while supporting management decision-making through financial analysis and business insights.

Key Responsibilities

•     Oversee cash flow,banking operations, and foreign exchange (USD/SGD) exposure across group entities

•     Manage tax compliance (GST, income tax), ACRA filings, and coordination with auditors and corporate secretarial firms

•     Lead monthly financial reporting, accounting operations, and financial analysis for management and shareholders

•     Review purchase and sales contracts, supplier quotations, and pricing to support cost control and internal audit

•     Support annual budgeting, financial modelling, and scenario planning to guide business decisions

•     Evaluate and recommend financial systems, insurance plans, and applicable government subsidies/tax incentives

•     Partner with CEO/COO on financing, banking relationships, and strategic finance projects

•     Lead, train, and developa small finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations

Requirements

•     Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

•     Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or audit

•     Bilingual in English and Mandarin, required to liaise with China-based finance teams and stakeholders

•     Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST/tax regulations, and ACRA compliance requirements

•     Proficient in financial systems and office software (Excel, accounting softwares)

•     Strong analytical,communication, and team leadership skills
